The FBI estimates between 25-50 serial killers in the US at any time. Experts in the field put it at between 2000-4000. Now imagine that Bones has to work with one to prove that the one person he was convicted of killing didn’t, decades after it happened. Time travel back and forth between the 1970s and 2010s to figure out what happened to the one who fingered the killer and then disappeared, leading to his arrest and incarceration.
