Anyone who has seen any Hollywood film knows that the center of the world is New York City. On very rare occasions, the plot thickens in another city. For Doctor Who, it’s Cardiff; Godzilla always has to attack Tokyo; and every now and again, it’s London. But what if it was more than one London, and they were separated by magical doors?
